Trellis House's LEED® Platinum certification reduces the community’s environmental impact, and residents enjoy the variety of spaces offered. These spaces include a state-of-the-art fitness center, featuring an array of cardio equipment, weight circuits and TRX equipment as well as a wellness studio offering group fitness classes and Bluetooth music connection.
Trellis House also offers a Productivity Hub with open co-working space, individual study offices, large conference rooms, complimentary printing, ergonomically friendly seating and adjustable desks and resident computers. Across the hall is the Club Room, offering plentiful seating and lounge space, a fireplace, flat screen televisions, a full commercial-style chef's kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and an adjacent accordion-style set of doors creating an open feel to the courtyard.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a luxury private dining room seating eight to ten people that can be reserved by residents. In the adjacent outdoor area, the courtyard features the Trellis covering providing an area that has two more gas fireplaces, three flat-screen TVs, plenty of couches and seating. The outdoor area is heated.
The courtyard features two large stainless steel gas grills, a large dining area, another large fireplace with surrounding lounge area and a massive luxury pool with in-water seating, top-of-the-line lounge chairs and canopy day beds.
The Sky Terrace, offers one of the best views DC has to offer with monument and downtown area visibility and a gorgeous sunset in the evening. Adjacent to the Sky Terrace is the Rose Room, offering a greenhouse space with lots of tropical plants, and the Urban Cultivator which features four climate-controlled chambers for residents to participate in urban gardening. Units also include a variety of features tying into the community’s LEED Platinum certification.
